Onsite Training Orders

Doing business with us is straightforward:

1. We only accept written orders, so please don't try to order services over the telephone, as it won't be valid until we get the paper copy.
2. We will issue invoices as soon as your order has been completed.
3. Please complete payment within 30 days of invoice - we reserve the right to impose a 5% per month penalty for late payment.

Android Phone ROM Instalation Terms

1. When sending us a phone, it is your responsibility to insure it. We will not be held liable if your phone is damaged on receipt.
2. When installing ROMS on Android phones, we shall not be held liable under any circumstances, if something goes wrong and the phone is damaged or, irretrievable.
3. In the event that a phone is irretrievable, you will still be liable for the cost of installing the ROM on the phone.
4. We will issue invoices as soon as your order has been completed.

Terms When purchassing Remote Technical Support

Unlimited remote technical support is charged at a rate of £30.00 per Hour. Note: this form should only be used when a block of technical support is required E.G, 1 and a half Hours. This will have been agreed by you the buyer, and P J Muir Productions, before hand.
